How do I tighten and tone my tummy?!

Question: I need to get rid of my belly fat and I want to know the most effective exercise and reemin to use.
Answers:
Doing crunches tightens the muscles in the stomach, but no matter how tight those muscles are, if there is a layer of "fat" over it (and I'm not saying your fat, we all have it.) then your stomach won't look "tight." So the best thing to do is cut down on carbs and fried foods, combined with crunches. You really don't have to do thousands of crunches to get a great stomach - just do crunches and cut down on fattening foods, fried foods, and unfortunately (the hardest for me) beer.

i had a tummy now i dont hehe lol
swimming/running. giving bjs helps too
You're really asking two different questions here. To tighten and tone your abdominal muscles, you need to do a variety of ab exercise to target the upper and lower abs, as well as the obliques.

To lose belly fat, you need to cut calories and/or increase aerobic exercise to burn fat overall. There is no way to target fat loss to just a particular body part.

It sounds like you need to focus on both. You could work the muscles all you want, but if there's a layer of fat obscuring them you won't look toned.
jog for 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins in the evening. dance for 10 to 15 mins every day. cut doown on sugar and fats. this is a sure shot way
Crunches = bad. Neck problems.
Try an ab roller:
Take a weight lifting bar, put some weights on it, get down on your knees, and roll the thing forward as far as you can without falling on the ground. Try to hold it. It works splendidly.
Try leg-ups. Also, sit-ups are very good for your stomach. I have used this website's workout and it helped me have strong abdominal muscles:

I recommend it.
