You do not need to see a doctor. It is a fungal infection of the skin. Try the anti-fungal sprays or powders that are over the counter now. Curex comes to mind I can't think of another name brand right now. BE SURE to apply as directed for at least 2 weeks it takes a long time to get rid of a fungal infection.
If after 2 weeks of daily application, the problem persists then see you doctor.

air yourself out! get bag balm--sounds wierd but its at local pharm over counter and it cures alot..try bees wax also
get yourself some all natural organic coconut oil, apply a couple of times a day or when you need to. It is natural, does not require a trip to the doctor. You will also find it a great lubricant. All the best and good luck.
