Needing to loose weight and gain some energy, having a hard time!?!


Question: I currently weight 160lbs and I use to be 120 when i got pregnant with my son who is now 17 months old. My body aches and my knees buckle. Life is so rough and i would love to have enough energy to just get thru the day! Does anyone have any ideas or anything? I cant work because I cant afford a daycare so I live off what little money I make from home so I cant afford exspensive meal plans and diet pills. I am also looking for ways to make money from home.any advice is very much appreciated, I am so depressed about the way I look!

i know that alot of people drop baby weight by walking. if you could take your son for walks in strollers or something just to get outdoors. i know that being outside and getting in some movement really wakes me up. it's just trying to get myself out of my house that i have trouble with right now!

pilates and stretching is good way to limber up too and get some movement in, and can just be done at home. you can find excercises on the web that will help you out. there is a misconception that excercise makes you more tired, but it actually has the opposite effect when it is done right.

i do like to drink energy drinks. i don't know how old you are, but they can be hard on the heart. i'm 23 and if i drink them for too many days in a row i get chest pains. but they taste delicious, i think, and is a nice little pick me up!
