I need help identifying a skin condition in my groin area?!

Question: This is an image of it. I really need help. I've had this since 8th grade and it's still there and doctors are useless. One told me its fungus and gave me a cream that did nothing, another told me warts and gave me vaginal wart cream that did nothing, and another told me it was yeast or something. Does anyone know what this is?

What do you do when you can't find a consensus among doctors? Am I screwed completely?

note: i've never had sex so I don't think it's an STD.

LOL, that really isn't your penis..I would be ashamed to show such an ugly penis to millions of viewers! Besides it has fungus, yeast infection, and jock itch..IT'S NOT CIRCUMSIZED! Dude if that is your's and I highly doubt it, but you have some serious issues! You have all three of those things going on down there!

If that is you in the picture, you are either brave or stupid to do that. Looks like jock itch. Get some Lamisil and put on it. Keep it clean and dry and apply the cream twice a day. Morning and knight.
Try Cantesten cream - its a broad spectrum anti fungal that will take care of that.
yuck.it's from jackin'off so much.Looks like a yeast infection.
I have no idea what that would be , but that's not a pretty site, i notice you say you don't think it's an std? but i would go to a specialist or somthing to find out for sure and i would get std tests just to be sure? i'm guessing it never goes away? If it is not a std. I'm sure there is a way to do somthing about that , do not show that to any women until you get that taken care of .Good luck .
