I have a stomache ache.. What can I eat/drink? What SHOULDN't i eat/drink?!

Question: I also have hiccups and have been burping a lot. I think it's from overeating today. I heard that soda can help with this, but are there any alternatives to soda that's not as sugary?

stomach ache- milk (coats the stomach)
burping- not milk or soda
My Mom would always give us Saltine crackers and warm 7up. Not really warm.it was room temp. We were always able to keep it down.
Try burnt toast for an upset stomach and ginger ale.
Lie flat on your left side for 15-20 minutes. straight. It helps miraculously.
eat some crackers(the food)
take some pepto the pink stuff
You should try seltzer, it's carbonated water that you can add your own flavor to like fruit juices. It works just like soda without the calories and the sugar. If not, you can try diet ginger ale, diet sprite or 7up, it has no sugar whatsoever. If you get hungry, try eating soft foods like chicken soup and saltine crackers. Avoid heavy foods and get lots of rest.
Flat Ginger ale is good to settle Ur stomach milk is also good it good also if u have heart burn or when you burp it burns lol milk will clam that down also lol
Hot tea with a bit of honey in it along with some crackers, or toast, can help. If not stick your finger down your throat and upchuck some of your food.Or take some exlax to help you go poop.
eat a little bit of cream cheese. It helps an upset stomach. I read it somewhere(don't remember where). I tried it and it really did work.
I hope you do not mean baking soda. Surely you mean a carbonated beverage. If you are nauseated, drink cola. If you have heartburn, 2 antacid tablets.
You are over-eating, yet you are worried about sugar in a carbonated beverage. Perhaps you are diabetic, too. In that case, sugar-free cola is an alternative.
You probably need a good night's sleep. Hope you feel better in the morning.
ginger ale and sprite. Avoid fatty foods and vegetables.
hot ginger tea
avoid eating anything until the pain subsides, thats the best advice!
