It is not an appetite suppressant. The drug increases your heart rate, allowing you to be more energetic. This drug is highly dangerous, and yes there are MANY over the counter copies. The drugs have a problem though people with perfectly normal healthy hearts, drop dead of heart attacks and I'm not talking a few, I talking like 1 in 4 people who take it. That is why it was pulled from the market (the copies will be soon to)..But really for appetite suppression there is FAR better things on the market now. One is a type of pill made from the powder of a cactus in south Africa..This cactus has been proven to kill hunger pain for people who wandered the dessert for days at a time. From what I understand it is very effective and you can buy it at GNC or your local herbalist or body building store.
