i have trouble sleeping help me?!


Question: my holidays started 1 and half months bak i slept latre gradually i nvr slept and watched tv from 10 pm to 5 am i just cant sleep i keep thinkin bout somethin and kant stop.skools startin in 6 days and ill be in my 11th grade so i really need ta sleep plz help guys.

When school does start make sure you enroll in a remedial English class. Concentrate your efforts on English grammar, sentence structure, spelling, and punctuation. If you study diligently there is a chance, not much of a chance, but a chance you might be literate when you graduate high school.
Stop watching tv and do some physical exercise before dinner.

try to write down your thoughts and not to associate your bed with watching tv it only confuses your brain if not asleep in 15 min get out of bed or your brain will associate it with it
