What's good to eat when you're so hungry but you are trying to cut calories?!

Question: I get shaky sometimes that I end up eating everything I can get my hands on. I'm not staving myself to get to that point. Just trying to cut back on calories. What can I do to get past this moment? Any suggestions?
Answers:
There are lots of things you could try. For example:

1. Eat smaller, more frequent meals.

2. Only eat half of a regular meal, and then wait for a good 10 or 15 minutes before eating more. Usually it takes that long for feelings of satiation to appear.

3. Eat bulkier less calorie-ridden foods like whole grains, and raw fruits and vegetables, with fewer dressings and condiments.

4. Avoid sugars.

5. Drink more water.

6. Exercise can relieve appetite.

7. Always eat breakfast, even if you are not hungry at that time.

8. During other times, try to only eat enough to satisfy your hunger and no more, and only when you feel hunger.

9. Avoid constant snacking when you are not hungry.

There are many other ideas. Some people find that some methods work for them, and some do not. A lot of it comes down to what you can live with.

I try and bring fruit (apples, bananas, oranges etc.) or nuts (sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds) for snacks. These are full of vitamins and nutrition, plus they aren't too heavy on calories. If you are craving a "naughty" snack, try Ruffles baked chips. They have half the cals and taste just as good without any yucky chemicals. Hope this helps! You can also access a calorie counter online by searching google for a calorie counter, and then find out how many calories your favorite snacks have!
Always have some salads. Both vegetable & fruit in your fridge. When you get hungry take it. it provides vitamines & also has some lipid splitting acids

Celery. It takes more calories to digest it than what it gives you in return.
Tofu! Tofu is one of the healthiest foods there is. Also, I know this sounds childish, but a juicebox has lots of good calcium too! Some juiceboxes even have one whole days worth of calcium.
first get a check up . you may have borderline diabetes. eat low calorie biscuits or fruits.
I'm currently doing weight watchers and when I need to get over a haump and don't have too many points left I drink a big mug of hot herbal tea. Hot liquids make you feel full. Fruit is good but doesn't usually satisfy me. I also eat fat free or low fat microwave popcorn which has a lot of fiber in it.
