I have a small frame but need some tips?!


Question: my thighs are bigger then what I want and I want to be smaller when i see myself fom the side, i'm 5'7" and 119 lbs. i just need some tips to trim my thighs

However, if you feel that you are unhappy you'll need to do some walking, running and some leg lifts. Maybe even some squats. But I have to say.. Why mess with what sounds like perfection?

excerise that include thighs and legs and watch what you eat.
Go to a gym, get some gym assistance and see the results after about a month. This will really help because gym trainers are professionals.
just start training by running, pushups, situps, etc. me i study martail arts and that's how i stay in shape.
Do upper body workouts. Exercising your legs will only make the muscles bigger.
dancing will slim you down in no time.
weight training, building muscle. the more muscle you have the faster you will burn fat even at rest.
A lot of walking will trim you down. You can try some AB exercises to pull in the stomach muscles.
Put your feet under a sofa, and just rise your body off the floor enough to kind of wave it about. The muscles will tell you when you have had enough. If your especially tough, be careful not to over do it at first.
the healthiest and best thing to trim thighs is walking. just walking. not jogging (bad one the knees) not running (worse on the joints than joging) just walking. preferable up a slight incline. heel to the ground first. if your strides are purposeful you can feel the muscles in your thighs actually doing their job. no weights, that bulks muscle. you need to tone and slim. good luck!
Lucid is totally right! Dont worry about building muscles, i about laughed whem my PT told me to train like a man to lose weight, by lifting high weights and what not, but we dont have the hormones in our body like men do to bulk up, i trusted him on this (its hard not to he has a PHD in fitness and thousands of other certificates) So here i am and it feels like the muscle is eating the fat off my body, its weird but im really slipping quick in my theighs, i do alot of leg machines, and what woman doesnt look sexy walking around with toned legs? ;)
Stairmaster works extremely well for shaping thighs/legs.
