will my baby be harmed by the medication if I was to get pregnant, I have Crohns!

Question:
Answers:
Yes, some of the medicines can be harmful. You should make sure you discuss it with your doctor prior to starting to try and get pregnant.

Interestingly, many women with autoimmune diseases start feeling better, and can even come off their medicines when they become pregnant. This is because when you are pregnant the immune system calms itself down (so as not to attack the baby) and in turn that leads to less autoimmune symptoms also. So even though you may not be able to take some of your medicines, you may find that you don't need them (at least, while pregnant).

Talk to your doctor first though. Good Luck!

why don't you ask a doctor instead of just some random joe that has no idea of what they're talking about!
That would be a good question for you doctor. The only medication i have read that would be really bad for preganacy is Methotreaxe. It was first mad for early abortions and is now found to help cancer and crohn's so if you have tookin that in the last 6 months make sure to asks your doctor about that

ASK YOUR DOCTOR FIRST!
Depends on which medication you're on. Check out http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ and type in the name of your meds. Meds that are pregnancy class A & B are usually ok.
