Well it all depends-I'm a girl, a Muslim, and wear whatever the hell I want..lol! But if you mean conservative Islamic dress (like Hijab) I personally think it should be done properly. Covering ALL of the girl's hair (not with a little cute piece sticking out-that is not fashionable nor correct!), covering AT LEAST to the wrists and ankles, and loose clothing so men can't see your real shape. I know it sounds too 'strict', but that is really the proper way-don't go by these young women wearing a bright pink hijab with jeans and trying to match it with her makeup.no ma'am that is not TRUE Islamic dress.

My understanding is that they wear a outer garmet, and then underneath they can wear anything. I assume you're not talking about muslims not wearing western type clothes. But I've seen muslims with tight jeans or in bussines suites. So it depends on your version of the relegion, and your parents/husband.
