What is the best way to burn fat?!


Question: I am 28, 5'9", 185lbs, muscular, but I have a spare tire.I have been eating clean, i try to cut out sugars and starchs as much as I can, i recently cut down on my caffeine intake too.I have an extremely busy lifestyle, so long workouts do not work into my schedule.should i be walking more, bike riding more, or eating less? I usually have small breakfast, salad for lunch, and clean dinner.

The standards we learn from society on how we should look is not realistic. Do people make comments that you should lose weight? Are you otherwise healthy? Do you feel healthy?

Also consider this: Fat burning during excercise does not fully kick in until after about twenty minutes of aerobic excercise.

Yes its hard to fit in excercise in a busy day, especially if you have to go to a gym or need equipment.
