To loose fat from your stomach: You need to do sit ups before you go to bed and in the morning. You also need to cut out greasy food (fried food especially)Eat smaller potions at mealtime 5-6 mini meals a day vs 3 big meals. It is also a good idea to eat MORE fruit. In general you have to work the "core" muscles and cut out the 'bad' food, not necessarily diet, but cutting back helps a lot!

If you want to loose weight, you need to do cardio 3 times a week and mix it up with some type of yoga, pilates, tybo etc . . . Drink plenty of water and cut out fast food completely even the salads!

Energy and meal re-placement bars are a good idea also, try to eat your last meal by 7pm, so you do not go to bed on a full stomach and unwanted calories. Another tip is to try try to plan out your meals, get a note book write down each meal per day you plan to eat or have eaten, this way you make smarter decisions more often. The hardest part for me was cutting out Ice Cream! I reward myself with a bowl once a week for a job well done!
