i workout but I don't sweat and after 1 week lost .6 lbs.IM not dehydrated. why!

2. You exercise program. How long doe you train at a time. How intense is the training. Are you doing the exercises correctly.

3. Remember that no visual results will be seen in a week. I takes the body about 2 to 3 weeks to detox before any visual improvements can be seen.
