i feel lazy all the time?!

Are you sleeping well? it is important to maintain steady your biological clock and sleep about 8 hours every night! (Sleeping other times of the day don't replace the night sleep).
Additionally, there is the case of sleeping apnea, a disease that makes sleep superficial and interupted, resulting in feeling tired through the whole day. A doctor could diagnose this (there are neurologists specialized in sleeping problems) or if someone is sleeping with you perhaps could notice breaks in your breathing, that could be a symptom of the disease.
To continue with medical advise, it could be useful to have some blood tests, because there are other illnesses that are accompanied by tiredness, such us fibromyalgia, chronical infections, thyreoid gland disfunction and others. If every organic cause is excluded, then it is the psychotherapist's turn, in order to look for depression, or other psychological causes.
In the meantime, you have to eat well (no diet), take all nutritients (carbohydrates, proteins, fat), because lack of vitamins could have just the same effect. Don't try to exhaust yourself by working out or working too hard, don't feel guilty for your laziness. You could do you harm. On the contrary, respect the needs of your body and soul and give it what it needs. If your body needs this period more rest, you should trust that is a good reason for that and respect its needs. Our bodies are wiser than our minds and if we could listen to them more carefully, we would have avoided many psychosomatic problems.
So, to put it in a nutshell, good rest, good food, if it continues or it worstens take apropriate medical advise as listed above, and if everything is OK, which I wish, then enjoy this period of laziness as much as you can!

If you mean you are always feeling tired then you should go see a doctor. Do you have any other symptoms that something may be wrong with you?

me too!? its nuts! cant wait till lunch break to have a nap! i think we are a tribe of our own, people jst dont understand us.. I think its because we are meant for greater things like being astronauts or something, the universe is jst giving us some time to rest and get ready for outer space. lame i know, but hey the other answers sucked!

meetoo :(, if your still young (like, for guys, from high school to mid 20s) then it's probley an inevitable nuisance rather than a real reason for concern.
But I have found a few patterns: don't eat too much sugar and don’t smoke pot! : )

Try to est. regular sleeping habits, and if you have to nap during the day, keep it at 20 min max.

oh, and dont' eat too much in general. the heavy *** will fall before the cute one. : )
