Question: going back into theatre she has severe pain ,doctor gave her diafene suppositories for three days if i knew what it was then i feel i could talk to her about the problem

It is possible your friend is suffering from Endo or a similar condition. Just let her know that you are there if she wants to talk and that you care. The best source for help for your friend would be her gynecologist. If she's experiencing a lot of pain three days after surgery, she shouldn't be attempting to go back to work and should be in touch with that gynecologist.
If she doesn't want to talk about the problem , being your friend , it is better leave the matter and do not press/ask further .
