Because you want it so. Be active, creative, go to places where you find interest and try to have a reason as to why you don't want to be fat. This goal will make your way easier!
well have you ever had the doctor check out how your throid is working?another thing is to watch your calories and to get enough exercise.. as you get older most people began to get the middle age spread.. i try to watch what i eat and exercise i really good for you and makes you feel better.even when you get older walking for hours at the mall is good for you..start taking the stairs instead of the elevator..it basically is something you have to set in your mind to work on.but we can make mistakes..like iwent to the mall by bus in the rain with a friend but came home last night and had a craving for something sweet.. so i ate a piece of cake.but do not give up just today i will try to do better..i have been thinking myself about cutting meat out of my diet..but nothing can top off exercise and really try watching your calorie intake.. i think eating at night is really bad for you.. also skipping meals like i did yesterday makes the cravings come on too.. also the doctors say to drink lots of water and that will help feel you up and flush your body out too.

i dont no but in the world we live in it is more affordable to eat junk food then healthy food take a bag of hot chips 2.20 salad roll 4.70 it is not right is it i have battled with my weight too but am now on weight watchers and have lost 9kg in 6weeks
i wont go into the physical reasons they're well known
but here's one thing worth considerin.
sometimes when a person is unwilling to let go of the past--an emotional hurt,old belongings--the cells of his body do likewise,accumulatin and stayin in the body
