having been through it twice and having had everyone tell me i was imagining it both times, i have learned how to recognise the signs. it starts with dizziness, kinda just feeling dizzi when u sand up. ur periods will stop or may just change slightly, kinda slimy like. u have a different taste in ur mouth and your sense of smell is stronger, smells make u nauseous more easily. certain foods make you crampy and bloated that never bothered you before. ur boobs become tender and sesitive, sometimes in a painful way and sometimes in a more sensual way. u may feel hornier than usual, and you'll have strange dreams that will stick in your mind. your feet might suddenly feel sore or be a bit puff at the end of the day, and your eyes may get bags that they never had before, or more pronounced. your gums and nose will sometimes bleed for no reason, you might even get toothache. ur lower back and shoulders will suddenly feel very tight.
