Well,the best foods are iron, iodine and vitamins. Fish and meat are one good source of iron, but dont forget, there are some vegetables too that can help you balance your diet.
Lean red meat. Supplements are good but get them from a health food store as the natural ones absorb a lot better than the chemically made ones. And remember the saying
" If popeye was real he would have been iron deficiant"
It takes a kilodram of spinach to make a difference but only 300gr of red meat
