What is best way to refresh my mind?!


Question: I does thinking and worries alot, sometimes it affect my mind, causing me headache. So, what is best way to refresh my mind?

Answer everybody elses problems,it take my mind off my worries and helps me sleep.
My mind is like an over wound watch 24/7 otherwise.
The best way is not to hope one thing will refresh your mind. Keeping clear is something you do all day in general, and do at least a few things specifically. Try to remain clear even in the face of stress. If your boss yells at you, it is only circumstantial jargin you are allowing, and not a reflection of who you are at your base. Try yoga, meditation, eating good food, exercising, and reading(fiction and most importantly self-help). If you try only one of these things, you will only become frusterated with failure and do the opposite of refresh yourself. Keeping a clear mind is something you do all day. An ounce of prevention is worth 20 lbs of cure in my book.

you know how we always tellkids to take a tym off well we also need one..so the best way to refresh your mind is to take a tym out and go somewere your relaxed and meditate.think of something that makes you feel happy and relaxed..its good to go to a place thats quiet.
Think of worries this way. IF worries paid the bills or fixed anything do more of it If not tell worries to hit the street n bother someone else. No Worries No need to refresh. And if you just a typical worrier think on this 1 Do I really need those grey hairs, wrinkles and the eventual heart attack?
