Try beta-blockers!
picture everyone naked when u are doing your pesentation that will certainly take the focus off yourself , thats just nerves .
I think you're too self conscious about making a mistake or embaressing yourself. You should relax more and don't take it seriously.

I hope that helps.
It may be roseacea. I'm not sure if I spelled that right. But it sounds like (rose-ay-shah)only rx medication can help.Sorry!Go see a dermatologist
Blushing is a natural physiological process. There is even evidence that it's evolutionarily adaptive. Don't let it bother you.
try avoiding situations that could embarass you maybe you are just hot and the blood is rising to the surface of your skin to cool it down
wear helmet.

heavy ones preferably.
First,Quit standing on your head.Second,it just might be a phase you are going through. It will probably just go away.
It might be hot flashes even if you don't feel hot from blood rushing to your face from even unnoticed, or unconcious anxiety. Just the fact that all eyes are on you. Drink a really cold glass of water before- hand or practice speaking more often in front of friends or family.
Sure you might not be embarrassed but at times the face skin for some people is so sensitive that when they blush a bit it turns red. It must be also the excitement and anxiety too.
well..they had an episode in house or greys anatomy(forgot which 1) bout ur question n she had a surgery done..<3
You may not feel embarassed, but the blood rushes to your face, anyway. You're still in the spotlight. A lot of people go through it. you're not alone.
this a natural process. you should try to develop self confidence in yourself. then this will gradually disappear. ok dont blush so much again.
