does anyone know how to stop bad,i mean bad snoring and sleep apnea?!
Question:
Answers:
See a sleep specialist to help determine if the problem is weight, allergy/asthma, and/or a physical obstruction. They will do a sleep study and run any allergy tests to see what might be causing the problem and you might have to loss weight (if you are over weight), start allergy/asthma meds if needed, or have surgery (UPP or nasal) if the problem is a physical obstruction or is not solved by a CPAP or bi-PAP (devices that use air pressure to keep your airway more open).
Other Answers:
Often weight loss helps but in the short run, a bi-pap nasal mask works. Ask your dr if a sleep study might be warranted.
snoring, you can try simply drinking something before you fall asleep. Sleep apnea can have many causes; being overweight, not eating right, stress, depression, so it's hard for me at least to say how to stop it.
