Question: I had my tubes clamped it didn't work so I had them cut my medical report says that they cut my tubes above the clamps

Before she had the op she had intercourse with her husband, the sperm fused with her egg. After the op she had no womb, the little bugger attached itself to the wall where the womb once was and grew it even had a water bag around it.
