How do i deal with motion Sickness?!

Question: Whenever i go in a bus close to trees or if i go by train to some place n sit in it for more than 8hrs I tend to feel nauscious. What do i do?
Answers:
I used to get really bad motion sickness, but if u can be ok for eight hours ur doing fantastic as far as I'm concerned.
However, I have lots of ways to help.
Accupressure, You can buy wrist bands that have what looks like half spheres on the inside part of the wrist. This is meant to press on the dorsum of ur wrist and does make u feel better without any drugs. U need to put them on bout half an hour before u travel and keep them there for the duration.
Homeopathy, taking nux vom tablets seems to work also. I needed to take these for about two hours before I traveled and keep taking them every two hours during the journey. Didn't always work but helped sometimes.
Ginger, sounds odd but I had some suchi that came with pickled ginger on one journey and I didn't feel sick at all. Take it with me everytime now.
If u can, sit in the front of the vehicle where u can see the horizon. I always find the front seat of the car better. If u concentrate on the horizon then ur brain stops being confused about the motion signals it is getting. It can then right things and u don't feel sick. If ur on a train I try and do the same out the side of the train window and it seems to work somewhat.
U need to avoid things like reading and writing for this to work as they go against the principle.

Dramamine.it works for me every time
take motion sickness pills
you can take motion pills or ear patches (you apply these a while before you start travelling), however they both make me drowsy.
Another option is a wrist band, I'm not sure how it works, but I've seen it work (successfully) on boats. CVS and other drugstores sell them, probably marine equipment stores sell these too.
You can take pills called Cinarizin. It will slow youre senses fooling youre body that it isn't moving
