Question: women in u.s and also in india are prone to breast cancer, and radical mastectomy is so far the only way to check further spreading of the disease, mostly detected in second or even third stage. brests of a woman play major role in sexual arousal of a man, prosthetic surgery of silicones being very expensive, a very few can afford it. most of the women have to live with this malady. what is the solution?

as the husband of a woman who was injured very badly in an car accident I would like to think that most good husbands would react as I did my love for my wife is not based on her physical body alone and what is emotional and mental is the far more important connection between the two of us most of us males are not the shallow sex mad creatures that some seem to think we are I love my wife for who she is that is not to say I don't enjoy a healthy sex life with her but if I had to give up on that part of our relationship because of her health then so be it with breast removal it was her that had the harder time learning to cope with it as for me with or without she is still a beautiful and desirable woman

if your husband is worth his salt, he will love you even more for having made it through one of the hardest experiences known to the human race, having retained your sense of humour, self-respect and compassion. There is more to love than physical attributes - I think you need to talk to him about it, though, because as you obviously realise, the sexual stuff is quite complicated. He may be a little confused about the way that he is feeling after all of this, but I'm sure that he will remember that you still have the most beautiful parts of you still intact (your mind and soul).
