Yes but don't do it often. They use this for people who have just had surgery so it should be for a severe problem.

yes you can because they are to diff. drugs with diff. ingrediants. so you have no worry of over dosing. i do it when i get migraines
Tylenol and Motrin can be taken together as long as you are not taking high doses of ether and you are not taking them long term. Unless recommended by your Doctor.
The standard is one dose every 4 hours as needed for pain. Take one and four hours later take the other but not both at the same time.

ibuprofen with acetaminophen is ok
acetaminophen with aspirin is ok (excedrin)
aspirin with ibuprofen is NOT ok
too much is never good.
Personally I wouldnt do it untill asking a doctor, most likely they would know best.
