Cardio Weight Loss?!

Question: My question today is I need some ideas for a very low impact, low stress cardio exercise to help burn extra calories. I'm somewhat overweight now, and I am tiring to lose though dieting as well as exercise, however something that stops me from running/walking allot is my asthma, I have it very badly, epically now, and I need to rest after a short period of time, I've always been like that. I've been doing mainly aerobic exercise, like lifting weights, ect. But of course it doesn’t help that much with fat loss. I SERIOULY don’t mind running or doing anything high impact, but I always have to bring an inhaler with me and stop to rest very often.

Any ideas?
Answers:
Start with some walking. Walk for a set amount of time, say 30 minutes. Pick up the pace after a week or so, add some more time on as you begin to feel more in shape. It's always smart and safe to start with something easy like this and work your way up to more strenuous exercise routines.

Lifting weights are anaerobic BTW, (not Aerobic. You don't get out of breath doing it.)

Swimming is probably the exercise you are looking for.
Swimming!
It's fabulous exercise, because there's extra resistance, it's relaxing, and extra weight doesn't matter because in the water we all feel weightless.
I took it up after I had my daughter, I was overweight, had bad knees from snowboarding when I was younger, and HATED running.
I love it!
Good luck.
Jump in the water! Swim Swim Swim.
You could do water aerobics. It's very low impact. Sign up for a class at your local gym. Good luck!
You should try to ride a bike. It works for me, great cardio and weight loss exercise.
