thats just your body trying to regulate your breathing. its normal.
I start to yawn DURING a workout! I think it is because I am trying to get more oxygen into my system because I'm not breathing deeply enough.
That is normal. After you work out, you have just torn up your muscles, and hopefully you at immediately afterwards. Your body then goes into a recovery mode, and you should get plenty of rest when you are working out, that is the most important.
everytime your body yawns, it is consuming more oxygen.. its actually just your body getting more oxygen.. which is really important for your muscles after a workout. if there is not enough oxygen than that is when your muscles get that sharp pain
I think it's all that lying down during some exercises. Well, it might have something to do with oxygen rate too
You yawn to get more oxygen in you body..so the only reason i cn htink of for you to start yawning is because your body is trying to get more oxygen.
It sounds perfectly normal for your body!!
i don't think you should worry bout it
Try having a piece of fruit or something to eat. I always start to yawn when I need to eat. I've always thought it was becaues my body either needed energy or sleep. Not sure what the medical reason is, but a little sugar or calorie boost always does the trick!
I yawn *during* workouts. I used to be embarrassed but one of my trainers said that when your body starts moving that yawning is one way of balancing out your energy and breathing. I think it does something to the diaphragm--relaxes it maybe?
