go to www.self.com and register they ask you how much you weight and how many crunches and push ups you can do then they give you a four week plan stick too it and it will work. I am on week 2 and i have already lost 4 pounds and can see a little difference in my arms

well, you could write out a plan or a sceduale on what to do. like mondays,wednesdays and thursdays you could do pushups,crunches,squats,jumpin. jacks ectera. In the summer you could jog or ride a bike for a while.If you wanted you could go on a diet, but it is not neccesary.The thing that will make it real fun is listening to your fave tunes while you work out.I hope this works out.
