workout (sensibly! don't overdo it!) and be sure to warm up - stretch before and after exercise. Do some homework - get some books so you can at least do things safely. Eat lots of high protien foods an hour before and after excercise (protien is the muscle building stuff in food!) - fish, chicken (without the skin) etc but grill these types of foods, do NOT fry them! Eat healthily (not just foods high in protien!) - lots of veg and stuff. At your age though, you should just go out and have fun!

try working out genius
Start working out. cardio and weightlifting (but start at a minimum or you will exert yourself). Also, running/jogging will help you tone up.
You could try exercising. It's so stupid, it's like when fat people ask "what can I do to lose weight?" Eat right and exercise, duh! But that's just too hard for the American public. We have to have drugs and pills and special harmful diets. People are idiotic. I'm sorry, they are.
work out. but try not to work out too much since you're only 14. If you work out too much while your body is growing, you'll be a short person.
Working out and taking protein shakes is always the best way to go. The powder in the shakes aren't drungs, just vitamins necessary to your body for natural muscle growth(And also very healthy). Also very cheap and affordable! Hope that helps!

WORK OUT.whether it be the gym or w/e. my advice it to take up a sport like basketball--coaches make you work out like crazy, but hey you'll get those muscles in no time!
Eat a lot of raw vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, carrots, avacadoes get a wide veriety of colors. And workout
Working out consistently in the areas where you want muscle and having a diet high in protein.
eat according to Canada's food guide and work out. You can do this by early morning jogs, light weights and just taking it slow to get there.
You need to lift weights and eat a lot of protein (more protein than carbs). It's that simple
