Question: 1.Had unprotected oral sex with a girl whom I don't know well .(girl receiving),(YES BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER DID IN MY LIFE,regretting a lot now)

2. Noticed itching on my penis especially at the tip after 2-3 days . Noticed very tiny white pimples on glans of penis .After 1 day , glans became red .

3. Went to a dermatologist. He has given me a cream & told me it is only inflammation . After 4 days of applying cream , it got better.

4.Whenever I masturbate now , it goes back to previous state mentioned (I mean itching + glans becoming red , white tiny pimple etc)

5. Whenevr I go to dermatologist , he gives me same cream .but problems is not going away completely .

Do you think I might have some other STDs ?
Answers:
I think you have a fungal infection that occured coincidentally. I think you need to continue using the cream for at least 2 weeks following the symptoms, even if it goes away. Fungal infections can be hard to get rid of, and you need to keep using the cream.

And if you GAVE her oral, then you wouldn't be getting genital symptoms if you got something from her. You would be getting oral symptoms. This isn't from her.

Make sure you aren't wearing tight underwear, or anything other than cotton while you are using the cream, if not forever. Silk and other materials might feel good next to the skin, but don't breathe like cotton does.

I don't know if you are using any lube or lotion or something when you masturbate, but you might just get some regular lube, like astroglide, wet, or sliquid. Other things can cause skin irritation quite easily.

If you are concerned that you have genital herpes, which it really doesn't sound like to me, you can ask for a type specific herpes IgG test, such as the herpeselect. Again, you wouldn't have gotten genital herpes, type 1 or 2, from performing oral sex on someone. You would get genital herpes from either someone performing oral on you, or from skin to skin contact with someone else's genitals.

Whatever you end up having, none of it is the end of the world, so there isn't any reason to panic, ok?

ITCHING is one of the signs of a STD. If the pimple-like areas burst or become ulcers-it is probably herpes. Stop going to a dermatologist and go to a general practitioner, STD clinic, or an Internal Medicine MD. You need to have cultures obtained from inside your urethera. Stop masturbating if this condition is recuttent-you just continually make yourself miserable. Don't have sex with anyone-protected or not-until you have a definitive result.
You didn't mention if there is a discharge. Not all STD's are real obvious-but it sounds like you probably have one.

yes I would say you might have genital herpes. I was just diagnosed with it and it started the same way you discribe. I had itching and thought it was a yeast infection but had no symptoms of a yeast infection. Then I noticed that I had tiny pimple-like things that were red and itching. I asked the doctor to do a blood test and see if it was herpes. The test came back positive for genital herpes. So what I was experiencing was an outbreak. I had not had sex for over a year and it just now turned up.
Before that year, I had been doing crack(drug) and did sleep with a few (3) people. I never thought about std's and sure didn't think I would get one. Think again when doing something that can cause a life altering experience. I just got my PAP smear back and possiblly have cervix cancer from HPV. That is sexually transmitted too.

my own diagnosis from my doctor
If you went to the Doctor I would think that the doctor would have told you had a STD right? If he said you didnt than you have nothing to worry about right? Did he peform a STD test on you?
You need to go to a clinic and get blood work done get tested for stds, I really do not think you have an std it sounds more like an alergic reaction to something. Go and get your blood tested it takes about one week to get the results. you'll know for sure then. Herpes are like boils on your skin that burst and are red. and herpes one has no signs what so ever it stays dormant in your body so just get tested before you mess around agian.
