i think i am fat but i exercise alot and i still weigh 115 lbs.?!

Question: i am 13 and i am only 4'11" all my friends say i am skinny I DONT KNOW HELP ME
Answers:
115 lbs. is a normal weight for a 4'11" woman with a medium-sized frame. You're not fat, period. If you want to tone up, or just enjoy exercising, that's healthy. Try some light weight training or sports. You really shouldn't be worried about dieting. You may gain weight when you work out, because muscle weighs more than fat. Don't worry about this. Basically, if you're comfortable with how you look, you shouldn't worry about the scale. If you're not comfortable with how you look, you should talk to a parent, counselor, or school nurse about it.

In case you don't know, there is a disease, common amongst teenage girls called Anorexia Nervosa. It makes people believe that they are fat when they really aren't. These people spend lots of time exercising and dieting, even though they are already skinny. It's very unhealthy, and people have starved to death because of it. Without more information, I can't say whether or not you are truly anorexic, but you should definitely talk to someone you trust if you keep having these kinds of ideas.

Other Answers:
go to your doctor and ask him/her. ask your parent to take you. also don't listen to what you friends say. they may be telling you the truth or they may be lying, but your doctor will know for sure. you may be exercising too much, or just not eating the right way. write down everything you eat and when you exercise for a week and bring to your appointment. and be honest. good luck.
I type you a really good answer but lost it then i saw other peoples answer and realized I wasted time typing so go see a doctor NOW LIKE ON THE DOUBLE AND GET PROPER HELP FOR ANEREXIA.
