I can't exactly remember what I just read on the computer yesterday, but what I read is either gargle or drink a cap full of pure vodka and that should do the trick. JUST A CAP FULL. LOL

Use Oil of Clove, you can buy it at the pharmacy or health food store. Just place some on a Q-tip, or cotton ball, (I used a cotton ball and just bit down on it. But if you prefer to just rub the area with a q-tip, it is a natural way to deaden the pain. This is not a cure, you still need to see a Dentist, you may need an Antibiotic, try calling the Dentist (especially if you have been there recently) they may be able to see you at no charge, or maybe just call in the prescription for you. Don't mess around with an infection in the mouth, it can lead to serious, serious problems (even with your heart).
You can't "fix" it. You can take "quick fixes" to cover up the pain, but it won't heal it. You need to go to a dentist. You have to live with your teeth, or without them for a while.

If it's a wisdom tooth? Be careful -- if your tooth has come through the gum, you can get it pulled, most likely. But if it's not through the gum, it can be pressing against your jaw, against other teeth, and give you mouth problems simply from that. Cysts/tumors are also a risk for not getting them removed.
oil of clove would help, but you need to see the dentist asap
