What is the best way to tone up my chest (get rid of man boobs)?!


Question: I am doing about 125-150 sit ups per night, but i dont know how to loose the man boobs.

The thing about losing weight is that you lose certain parts over time, maybe you lose your arm fat first, then thigh, then back, then stomach. You just gotta keep at it. Keep burning the fat, and diversify your exercise. not just sit ups. you got strong abs, but thats only a portion of your muscles.

Well, do a lot of cardio. Try biking, rowing, stairstepping, jogging, walking, etc. Despite what people say, its very tough to actually target a area of the body to lose fat (unless you are using liposuction). So I would suggest 5-6 days of cardio a week at moderate/high intensity.

It is possible to target an area to gain muscle though. This is what you need to do. You can tone up your chest by doing bench presses, bench flys, upright rows, cable flys, and pushups. Do these exercises about twice a week in addition to your current workout if you have one. Be consistent and the results will come. Eat additional protein to build muscle too.
