how do i get into shape?!
Question: how does a 14 year old girl who is not fat but just kinda out of shape get back into shape!
Answers:
Walking, stair stepper, running on treadmill or outside, swimming and lifting some weights. Make it fun-take a karate class or an aerobics class or just run around the block a few times. Just start slowly and work your way up. You will be more likely to stick with an exercise routine it you don't make it so much of a routine.
