Losing more than 2 pounds a week is not safe. Don't try it. If you want to lose 10 pounds in 5-6 weeks, come back and ask, and I will tell you what diets are safe and what diets are not.
Slimfast and lots of exercise to eliminate water by sweating. But it's very bad for you. Don't keep doing it very long and, for heaven's sake, don't get upset when it comes back after you quit. It's a TEMPORARY thing to do, not a diet for real weight loss.
I don't see why you would need to lose weight over that time frame unless you were a boxer or jockey who needs to reach a certain weight. You would be better off aiming for sustainable weight loss over a longer period. Crash diets are not sustainable as you simply put the weight back on once it finishes.
Do not do it unless you'd like to get seriously ill. It's not worth it, trust me.

drink nothing but water and it should be 6-7 glasses a day. eat lots of veggies and fruit. also excercise regularly. dont stuff urself until ur full. hope that helps

Only eat pineapple..Seriously. It takes more calories to digest it than it has in it to begin with. A negative calorie food, so you'll lose weight by eating it! What a perk!

this isn't very healthy to drop that much weight this interfere with you potassium levels and could even be More dangers you could have a stroke or heart attack if you are that opposed with your weight you should matine a regular exercise program and a good healthy diet if you do this you are putting a lot at risk pleas be smart about this I'm sure things aren't that bad if they are maby you should get some counsling good luck
OK now i know your a model and its important to your career but if you ask me it wouldn't be a good thing for you to do that i mean ladies now have always wanted the perfect body but you know what it never happens i mean look at it this way you want the perfect body well it wont happen because there is always something that could make your body better and if your a model and have to loose this weight then you need to first ask yourself this question what is more important 10 lbs or your life that's all i have to say i know its not that much help to you and it might be a few questions in a question but yeah that's all i can say sorry and good luck on finding out i wish you the best

go on a protein diet , like eating things that have protein in them, like bold eggs but don't eat the egg youk , and (whole grain wheat) like cream O wheat, and Oat meal for breakfast, or boiled eggs for breakfast or lunch. drink water no soda umm just look for things with protein. but also try this cereal I'm eating its "SPECAIL K" they have all different ones to choose from i like them all. but if i were you i would work out alot, eat right , eat less on your plate. but please do not crash diet. You can do it. But you would get it back. Eat only veggies and drink as much water as you can. Do swim for 6-7 hours a day. That should help. Good luck.
Sorry girl, but you can't lose 10 pounds of fat in that short amount of time.You can only lose fluids.Trying both/either is very dangerous.Losing 10 pounds of water can seriously dehydrate you.The last thing you want to happen, is to pass out when it's your turn to flaunt your stuff.A crash diet is just as bad and can also make you lose consciousness..and you DO NOT lose weight that way!Your body will think that it's starving and your metabolism will slow down.all your organ functions will slow down and you won't have the slightest bit of energy and you'll look it.Please.if you want to look and feel your best.don't dehydrate yourself,snack (not meal snacking but little snacks i.e. an apple or pear.little things)throughout the day on fruits and veggies and stay away from carbonated drinks, sugars,white starches,fattening foods,fried foods.You can take mineral detox bathes to lose extra water the healthy way (most recommended method as opposed to diuretic pills,caffeine etc.Good luck and go girl!
You can't lose 10 pounds of fat in a week. But you can lose some water weight which will make you look a little thinner. Just take some diet pills (diuretics) and limit your water intake. The pills will cause your body to expel water and cause you to lose a little weight. Now this isn't good for you to do for very long so after your show start drinking and eating right again. Then work to lose 1-2 pounds a week, which is a healthy goal.
