there is no easy way to put on muscle, it takes alot of hard work and dedication! weight training, eating right and plenty of sleep. it also depends on body type. some people are lucky enough to have good genetics for it. really skinny peole find it most hard to put on muscle weight, they often end up just looking toned. overweight people can build good muscle but need to do alot of aerobic exercise too to loose the fat to see the muscle. also it takes time. u wont see results straight away. u have really got to want it and be dedicated.

If you feel more comfortable working out alone. Go for runs, eat healthy meals, and pilates. Or if you need motivation join a gym or an atheletic team such as soccer or track and field. But if you don't work out consistently you will lose the muscle very quickly.
