Question: I am freaked out, I am 13yrs old and I found a red bump on the right side of my p e n i s shaft, I usually m a s t u r b a t e daily, but never had s e x. what could this be?
now it isnt red anymore, it is the color of my skin, it is the size of a pea. It still is a little red, but more the color of my skin. Could it be an STD?

Honestly if you haven't had sex it's not an STD. I would talk to your dad and have him schedule you a Dr.'s Appointment I'm sure it's nothing but it's always better to be safe than sorry.

There are many possibilities, though if you say you've never had sex before, then the best hypothesis I can think of is that it is most likely a bacterial infection caused by the rubbing of skin cells along with microbes from your hand. Lay off the masturbation a bit and clean your penis daily until the bump goes away. If it doesn't seem to decrease in size, I'd recommend scheduling a physical or check-up with a doctore. You don't have to tell your parents if you don't feel like it, though I'd recommend telling your doctor your problem.
