Anyone know of a good pilates dvd that really works?!
Question: I really want to get into pilates (spell?) but don't know of any good videos. I have used Windsor Pilates before but didn't like it that much. Are there anyother good ones?

The only one I tried was Pilates for Dummies and I found it at Wal-mart. The instructor gives really clear instructions and in addition to the standards, they show you beginner and challenge exercises, too.
Although I don't do them as often now, they really do help you to tone up and you definitely feel it, though not in a bad way.
