Question: Men only, has anyone had a vasectomy grow back and your wife get pregnant and did you sue the urologist and who won?

its possibe the procedure wasnt done correctly in the first place.. thats a law suit, youll have a good case

Well, as part of the snipped club, I find that hard to fathom. When I had mine done, he literally snipped a section of the tube out then cauterized it, so how would it grow back? Either it was not done correctly to begin with (did you go in for a sperm count after the surgery?) or you are going to need a DNA test and a divorce lawyer.
If you did sue to doctor, what damages would you claim? I would love to hear your argument that a healthy baby damaged your life somehow. That kid would need serious counselling growing up. It would bring a whole new definition to mistake. "Yeah son, when you're momma got pregnant with you, we sued the doctor for ruining our lives, but hell, you ain't half as bad as I thought you would be."
Did u sign a contract saying that the Dr counldnt be sued just incase it happened? because if u did u dont have a case. sorry.
