is it wrong to exercise at night even if u haven't eaten for 3 hrs?!

No! Any exercise is better than no exercise! I have 4 little ones and quiet often can not until they are in bed. My doc says that is just fine!

No, but it's usually a good idea to eat some kind of nutrition bar or drink something like gatorade afterwards to replace the important stuff like electrolytes that you've lost. That way you won't get sick or anything and they fight fatigue.

It's not wrong, but it won't be as effective as if you would eat with a little food in your belly. Your body needs carbs to burn, otherwise it burns muscle to use for energy.

And it's a good idea to stop working out at least two hours before bedtime - if you don't, then it's more difficult to get to sleep and you won't rest well.
I've read somewhere it's not a good idea to go for a walk after a meal, too much activity inhibits proper digestion. So, I guess, it's best to avoid exercise as well.also too much blood circulation from exercise will disturb your sleep.
here is nothing at all wrong with exercising at night or if you haven’t eaten of 3 hours, some people eat in about 4 hr increments or the eat an early dinner and like to exercise right before going to sleep. Any time a day you exercise will benefit you, it will boost your metabolism; which runs the same all day, even when you are sleeping. Exercising when it is convenient for you is perfectly fine!

its not wrong but exercise works best on a regular regime..make sure u dont dehydrate urself though...
No. A lot of people wait about three hours after a meal before they exercise. Exercising first thing in the morning is really the best, though. Just drink lots of water. Hydration is the most important thing.
