Question on getting a flat stomach?!


Question: Ok, I recently lost about 30 pounds in the last 6 months (through healthy diet and exercise.) I am 5'6 and now I am 125 pounds. I have slimmed down nicely everywhere..except for my stomach! My tummy is still the "fattiest" part of my body and I am continuing to watch my diet, weight train, cardio, etc, but I am getting worried because now I feel I am starting to get slightly too thin on my upper body, and even though I have seen a small improvement in the tummy area, not enough for my stomach to be flat! I am worried to keep losing weight because I don't want to look too think elsewhere. Has anyone had this issue or knows what I should do? Thanks :)

First of all.if you're 5'6 and 125 pounds.that's a good weight, so don't stress too much!

But if you're determined, I've been there, done that! I'm thin overall, but I just wanted to work on my stomach.I told myself I was gonna stick with doing at least 5-10 minutes of sit ups/Pilates per day.so sure enough I'd crank on some music and go.in just a couple of weeks i was getting great results!

Do regular crunches, oblique crunches, bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, double crunches...

slim in 6-pack is an awesome video, you could probably find it for cheap on ebay. when i was doing those exercises 2 years ago my stomach was rock hard..now i just have a 6 pack of beer =(
do situps and push ups standing up leaning your arm against the wall with your feet back and your body diagnally strait
also laying sideways on the floor do both sides picking your leg on each side up and down as if your trying to curve the side of your stomach drink alot of water

something u can do ne where is tighten ur stomach muscles, no 1 knows that ur doing it so u can do it all the time at ne place & ur only workin out ur abdominal area too!
