dont eat fatty & oily food..avoid juck food..avoide rice also & yes atleast 1/2 hour jogging is must every day.

Running is best for losing weight. Diet is important to restric calories in order for your body to tap into your fat for energy. So cardio first thing in the morning before you eat anything, calorie counting all day, drink water and no carbs after 4 pm.
force your self to drink water. at least 4-5 bottles a day. exersize at lease 3X a week for at least 30 minutes. You will see a differece with the increase of physical activity .

Slowly. Don't hurt your body with one of those "overnight" diets. Make a lifestyle change to healthier food, and regular excercise.
Simple things can work wonders. Don't drink anything but water for the next few weeks. I promise you that you will lose weight. Not that you need to. You look great, and I'm sure that you will get laid any day now.
Don't sit on on your butt in front of the tv with twinkies. Get out there and get some exercise and start substituting healthy snacks in your diet, like fruits and veggies. Take up a sport at school. Anything to get active!
first off how much do you weigh? at 15 your not at the weight you will be in a couple of years. At 15 i weighed 120lbs. and now I'm 19 and i weigh 100lbs. If you are really overweight and the 15 lbs you really wanna lose then exercise get active, try a diet, eat healthier, play out side.
You need to have a good amount of exercise in your life.

You cannot lose weight simply by wishing it.

Aim to exercise 2 times a week, one hour each, try to walk everywhere, rather than getting the bus, if possible.

Build up to 3 times a week.

Do varying activities, i.s. swimming one session, martial arts another session.

Rock climbing, train for a marathon, etc etc

Also, cut out the cra.p. E.G. Chocolates, Sweets, Toffees, Soda, Burgers, K.F.C, ICe Cream, Doughnuts, Cheesey Bagels and all those types of food. You know what I'm

the best thing you can do is NOT to take advice from fat people.
Burn more calories then you consume. You will burn off the stored calories that you have. ive lost 30 pounds this way in 3 months. People think that im starving myself but im definately not. Eat a lot of smaller meals so that you arent full but you are satisfied. If you eat a lot, your stomach stretches out and then you will get hungry more quickly.
What I did was run 3 miles a day on my tredmill during the spring break.

you need strong will power and a strong focus on the goal at hand coz only tht will ensure consistency in your gym schedule. And with exercise comes the responsibility of watching what u eat.
since your young I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you don't know much about diet and exercise. saying you need to lose 15 pounds is very vague. More info is needed like how tall are you how much to you weigh now. If you want to lose weight and are underweight already I would be just helping you become more unhealthy. If you are over weight don't eat junk food. Eat more healthy food and exercise. Problem solved. These are things that should be done no matter what your weight is to lose, maintain and to keep your heart healthy. Health is more then just how much you weigh. I think your looking for the magic "American" do nothing lose weight answer but sorry doesn't exsist.

You need to eat 6 small, well-balanced, meals a day (3 main meals and 3 small nutritious snacks). This allows your body time to digest all the food, and process what it needs. It also provides all the nutrition you need at your age. You won't be hungry, so, no more binging or eating a lot of junk. Take vitamins and exercise regularly. Pilate's or an aerobic program is good for your age, but don't over do it. Life doesn't end because you may or may not be slightly overweight.
