About breast cancer& pregnancy?!

Question: A woman who is terminally ill, with breast cancer, has 18 months to live, she gets pregnant, would she be able to carry the baby to full term, and would the baby be healthy once born? Can anyone tell me?
Answers:
It all depends. Yes, theoretically, she could carry the baby to term and it could very well be born healthy. Also, pregnant breast cancer patients can receive chemotherapy after the first trimester, safely. So, if she was eating well, and didn't have any co-morbid factors (like blood clots, for instance) it's very possible for her to have a healthy baby. If she has 18 months to live, she has to be in reasonably good health, no liver or kidney failure, etc. If I had more details about this situation I could answer more specifically.

Other Answers:
I don't know but you could email or phone NHS direct and ask.
if she could carry the baby it would be healthy but she would have to refuse all the drugs and the treatment
