All in all they get about 350,000 per year on the average.

If they got what the charged, then it would be in the range of close to half a mil. But medicare pays 60% of what they want and insurance companies will negotiate the price and may end up paying about half. Medicaid pays a flat fee no matter what was done. That may be $100 or so.
