Other Answers:
There is no way to loose 8kgs fast ,a healthy weight loss is 1 kilo per week any more than that and you will end up in the hospital
1st day eat only vegetables ( no oil, no carbs)
2nd day only fruits
3rd day fruits + vegetables ( no oil, no carbs)
4th & 5th day tuna and/ or fish ( only no vef, no fruits) or if you do not like fish you can eat these 2 days yogurt + no fat cheese ( no carvs,. no veg, no fruits)
6th & 7th day one kind of fruit either only orange, eother only pineapple. one kind

You will be amazed! I have tried it. But do no repeat that again, because it will exhasit you if you repeat it. & remember to drik water
WALKING
That is a lot of weight to shed FAST. what does FAST means to you? you shouldn't loose more then 1 to 1.5 Lbs/ week if you want to keep it off. You said you already going to the gym? Do you have a proper trainer? If not you might need to get one and tell him or her to write you a custom made program that could get you ready for a mini triathlon in matter of 7 weeks. For instance at the 24 hour Fitness clubs they have a way of measuring your resting metabolic rate, which could actually help you with your adequate amount of calories you need to intake per day. So, if you can get on a program that could prepare you for a triathlon (swim, bike and run) and have a proper diet, in 7 weeks you might be able to get close to your goal. Remember proper shocking of your system is what will trigger your weight loss. So, get a professional trainer to kick-start your weight loss. There are no short cuts or quick fixes that work on the long term. Loosing weight and being in shape is a lifestyle not a quick fix.
Gym gives you power and endurance, shaped builded body.Walk one hour daily and drink fruit juice and eat vegetable cooked or uncooked as much as you want.Never touch any thing made of floor.stop sugar+foods that contain sugar.Water as much as possible.2 months you will lose 8 kilos.

I lost like that.
keep going to the gym. plan your meals. know what you are going to eat and eat NOTHING extra. i suggest bran and dried fruit for breakfast. Fruit for lunch e.g. 1 apple and 1 banana. Evening meal eat any meal but not too large quantities (e.g. 2 potatoes not 6, 2 scoops rice not 5). when hungry drink water. Do not starve yourself. Three meals but not large quantities and NO snacks at all. I suggest a lot of cycling at the gym at first and when your weight starts to come off, do session on stepper as well. best of luck.
Here is a solution:

breakfast:Have cereal such as weet bix with muesli, fruit in a bowl, also add some nuts, with a cup of milk. The muesli must not be toasted.

Morning tea:
a small cake, or some fruit.

Lunch: a salad, with meat.

Afternoon tea:
an apple, or some celery

some steamed vegetables such as pumpkin, brocoli. carrots, potatoes, and silver beet, garlic, and onions.

Over the course of the day have at least five slices of multi grain bread. The more exercise you do, increase the bread servings.

Break down your sugar content.

That is the easy part, the hardest part is to make yourself walk everyday. Start off by walking a short distance, and when you feel comfortable with that, increase the distance. Don't walk when it is raining. Always maintain a brisk pace, and you will find that you will feel a lot better. The best thing about walking is that it is free. It is best donee in the morning, but if you cannot do that then, do it when you come home of an evening.

Slimfast for 2 meals/day. You can add protein powder also.
For the 3d meal, eat half or less of what a regular meal would be.
If you want to snack, fresh fruit.
