It depends on what you eat and how your body handles it. Eggs and broccoli can give you smelly farts but most other vegetables don't. If you are lactose intolerant most dairy products will give you awful smells as it is not digestible.
Hm, I don't know. What I do know is that farting is a sign of being healthy. And the average person farts about 17 times a day.
