Question:
Answers:
the universal newton's law says "every action has an equal and opposite rection"
so always remember if effect is present then sideeffect is also there

Other Answers:
The majority of psychologists do not practice hypnotism these days because it has proven to be unreliable. It can make people think or say things and events occurred that didn't.
one cane only hope it dose,, Waite and i will ring the bell,

ding,, when i snap my finger you will wake up ,did you find your self on your knees ? if so their is a side effect.
I would say that the answer is "sometimes" yes, if you go to a Hypnotherapist who still uses the "Old Newtonian" methods, to induce hypnotic states on their subjects. However, therapists have evolved in their understanding of the human mind, and also in the use of Hypnosis. The new approach to Hypnotherapy is based on "Quantum Psychology" and is therefore far superior to any other form of Hypnotherapy, with less chance of any side effects, "since all Hypnosis, is self Hypnosis."
Yes the side effects are that you have a better understanding or yourself and why you are where you are to-day. It is a very kind healing tool which is used with love, by people who have had extensive training. You are aware all the time of the questions and your answers, even aware of the therapist turning her page as she writes her notes. Nothing to be afraid of at all.

Good luck!
One major side effect is that you realise that there are no side effects as a hypnotic state is somehting we all do each and every day. Yes you included! Whenever you daydream or drift off into your own thoughts whilst driving, that is a hypnotic state. Michael Johnson did it whilst running!

It is a perfectly natural human state to be in, and not a zombie like state that most people percieve it to be. Do you have side effects from daydreaming? WHat about when you are watchig tv and you have track of time. No i didn;t think so.
