What is your definition of "alot"? It would have to be a strict diet in combination with vigorous exercise everyday.
Excersize, cut down on food (portions!), Work out, walk a lot, drink a lot of water. stay healthy and active!
it is not good to try to lose more than 10 lbs a month.because it is hard for your body and your brain to cope with such severe changes when you lose a lot of weight that quickly.the best way to lose weight is to cut out the sweets, exercise for 20 min. at least 4 times a week and drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces.good luck!

When I lost 70 pounds in 2 years, I was mainly on a grilled chicken and water diet! If you want to curve your appetite you can always invest in protein shakes for your meals. The commonly refereed to as Meal Replacement Powders or MRP! Also try to include fruits, vegetables and fiber! Try substituting white bread for wheat or skip bread altogether and go with whole wheat wraps! Now even know you have a good diet plan always know you must have a way to burn the calories and fat so, always exercise along with the diet!

Keep a chart of your progress. Don't eat all protein. Too hard on the liver and kidneys. Don't starve yourself. Your body will store fat in reserve, and slow down calories expended. Find a diet ( diet means what you eat, not someone's book )that you can live with( fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meat (fish is a good choice), and exercise. Low impact aerobics can be walking, swimming or any number of activities. You will feel better. Don't look at short term gain. Make it a life choice.
