You'll find that people are different about this. I'm 34 and I only just realized what I wanted to do when I 'grow up' a year ago and am currently working towards that by being back in school.
I was really worried for a while there that I seemed to have no direction and that everyone I knew around me has their life together and was going places (ie: job, relationships, kids, etc). I felt like I was stuck and wasting away. Turns out that it's just that people have problems just like you and that they think you have it easy.
For example - my best friend is married to a great guy, they're discussing having kids, she's got a secure job and lives in a huge house with property in a lovely neighborhood. Turns out she hates her job, regrets her career path, isn't sure she wants kids, hates where she lives and thinks that my life is on the wiser course. It's all perspective.
The most important thing is that you're comfortable with yourself and you're figuring it all out. "Not all who are wander are lost."

Oh yeah.. some of them. But I wouldn't put an age bracket on that one. People a lot older who seemed to have stability in life already are still looking for something. If they're not looking, they still feel something is lacking.
oh yeah count me in.
